Individual therapy sessions

Service Description

I offer weekly 50 minutes sessions. Each session costs £85. I offer limited number of sessions at concessionary rate to students and counsellors and psychotherapists in training. First session: The first session will be used for us to find out more about each other and decide whether we can work together (sometimes this 'initial assessment' can take more than one session). In this session, I will ask information about you, what brings you to counselling/psychotherapy at this point in your life, and what you expect from me. This is also a time for you to ask me questions, get a feel of what it is like to talk to me, and consider whether I can be the right therapist for you. The cost and duration of the first session will be the same as a normal session - £85 per 50 mins.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an initial appointment, please contact me at least 72 hours in advance. A full fee will be charged for cancellation with less than 72 hours notice.
